Purpose of the contract
These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern the sale of licenses for the Tachyfy Mobile application, as well as the sale of hardware (card readers) and the provision of associated services.
Service and Product Features
Tachyfy offers licenses for the Tachyfy Mobile application and PC/SC or NFC compatible card readers.
Price and Payment
Prices are stated on the website in Euros including tax. For physical products, shipping costs are specified before order validation.
Payment is made via the secure PayPal platform. Tachyfy does not store any banking information.
Delivery and Fulfillment
For digital services: access is immediate upon payment validation.
For physical products: shipping is carried out within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier chosen during the order.
Right of Withdrawal
Produits Numériques
Digital products: In accordance with European regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content whose performance has begun. By validating the purchase, the user accepts immediate performance and waives their right of withdrawal.
Produits Physiques
Physical products: In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.
Returns and Fees
When exercising the right of withdrawal for a physical product, return costs are the exclusive responsibility of the customer. The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete and in perfect condition for resale.
Legal Guarantees
Tachyfy assumes legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects according to the applicable laws.
Mediation and Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the user may resort to a consumer mediator. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.
