Frequently asked questions
How does payment work?+
Payment is made by bank transfer after receiving the quote. An invoice is sent and the license is activated once the payment is received.
Is the license annual?+
Yes, the license is valid for 12 months from activation. No automatic renewal: you contact us again to renew it.
Can I install Tachyfy Pro on multiple computers?+
Yes, you can install Tachyfy on as many computers as you need (HQ, depot, branch). Your plan limit applies to the company account as a whole, not per machine: each driver is identified by their unique card number. Adding the same driver on two machines only uses one slot.
What happens to data archived in the cloud?+
The .C1B files are stored encrypted on our servers in Europe. You can download them anytime from the app. They are kept beyond the 5 years required by regulation.
Can I upgrade to a different plan?+
Yes. You can request an upgrade (more drivers) at any time. The difference is prorated based on the remaining license period.
